DESCRIPTION
Digital full color printing on high gloss lamination,
die cut.
PRICE
INCLUDES Printing on the front side with a choice of one
custom or stock image, high gloss lamination, die cut.
Tab position options: right, center, left.
CUSTOM
DESIGN Digital files for custom work accepted at no additional
charge, and must be accompanied with a color match print,
and order check list. Artwork that does not meet our specifications
will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour for corrections,
1/2 hr. minimum. Leave a minimum of 1/8" margin for
live images, and a minimum of 1/8" excess for bleeds.
See page C for additional art specifications. In house
art charge $75.00 (T) per hr., and adds one day to production.
OPTIONS
MATERIAL: Rotary cards and rotary business card combos
are laminated to 14 mil. Rotary postcard combos are laminated
to 11 mil. BACK PRINTING: Thermal printing. Standard is
black; for red, green or blue add $15.00 (R). Up to nine
lines of copy. See page D for back print typestyles -
no exceptions. Proof will be faxed at no charge for approval.
Any changes in copy which are not the error of Colorfast
will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour, 1/4 hr. minimum.
Additional proofs $10.00. CUSTOM DIES: Available upon
request. Call for a quote. PROOFS: A black and white paper
proof will be faxed at no charge. Changes in text that
need to be made, which are not the error of Colorfast
will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hr. 1/4 hr. minimum.
A $10.00 (R) charge will apply for each additional proof.
A color sample card proof is recommended on custom orders
at $35.00 (R). per color proof. CHANGES: Any changes of
art of orders already in production will be charged $75.00
(T) per hour, 1/2 hr. minimum. PRODUCTION: Stock orders
shipped within nine days from art approval, custom add
two days. Rush orders (maximum quantity of 2500), four
days from art approval; add 25% (T) of job total. Back
printing, add three days to production time. All orders
are shipped ground U.P.S. unless otherwise noted. See
shipping information for other options. PACKAGING: Boxed.
NOTE: Due to the photo image process, an exact PMS color
match cannot be guaranteed
